Bu videodaki vücut ağırlığım 90 kg'ın çok az altında, kaldırabileceğim en yüksek ağırlık (o esnada) 220 kg civarı... Yani deadlift egzersizi özelinde vücut ağırlığımın yaklaşık 2.4-2.5 katını kaldırabilecek seviyedeymişim (şimdi farklı önceliklerim olduğundan bu oran tahminen 2.1-2.2 civarına düşmüştür)... "Kollarım, omuzlarım nasıl büyür?" diye soran erkekler ve "Bacaklarım, kalçalarım nasıl sıkılaşır?" diye soran kadınlar; öncelikle kuvvetlenin. Deadlift/Squat varyasyonları yapın. Gerisi inanın çok kolay... Rekorlar kırmanıza gerek yok, gözünüz korkmasın, sadece kuvvetlenin! Gerekirse en basit varyasyonlarla çalışın ama her geçen hafta, ay performansınızı biraz daha arttırmaya odaklanın!

Standing one-arm preacher curls are easily becoming one of my favorite isolated bicep exercises that target the short head of the bicep and has it feeling sore in only a couple sets! 😤 Threw in 5 back to back sets of these jawns along with some E-Z bar curls to increase the intensity! 💪🏾🦁

1.250 gms of chiken breast
2.100 gms of green beans
4.1 or 2 green chilie
6.1 and haf spoon of ginger garlic paste.
7.1 spoon of cumin(Jeera)
9.1 tbspn of salt
11.haf spoon turmeric
How To Make-
1.Boil The chiken breast in a pressure cooker.
2.Strain the water and keep the chiken aside.
3.cut the green beans,tomato,onion and chilie into small pieces
4.heat a pan or kadhai and put one spoon of rice bran or olive oil.let it hit and put one spn of cumin into it.
5 .Thn put the vegies into the kadhai or pan and fry it onto low flame by covering it with a lid.Dont forget to stir it as ther is less oil in the pan...
6.once it is fried.put the chikenbreast into it and put ginger garlic past,salt and mix it with the beans nicely.cook for 3-5 mins...
7.squeeze haf lemon into it and stir it well and cook for another 1 min.
And its ready to eat...itz tasty and healthy💪😋👍

I think it's funny people almost always guess my weight waaay heavier than it really is😅 Yes I breathe bodybuilding but no; I'm not a "big guy" at all. Don't even want to be, since I know bodybuilding is so much more than "being big". Sure a decent amount of muscle mass has to present, but what's even more important is proportions. In this sport, proportions are going to be the determining factor in terms of how you look. With this I mean it's important to have the right measurements/ ratio's of specific body parts compared to other muscle groups ✔
If you know how to approach this the right way, you’ll be able to create a physique which stands out from the mass. Bodybuilding is all about illusion 🙌
That being said... If there’s one muscle group which is going to have a huge impact on your physique, then it’s the side delts. Those give you that "3D aesthetic look" & creates the illusion of a smaller waist 👑
👉My training advice for side delts : .
▶️Hit them 4 times a week. Forget the "2 times / week" here. The side delts are a muscle group recovering faster than other muscle groups. Also, the fact that we only train the muscle with isolation exercises allows us to increase training frequency .
▶️Start your workout off with one pressing movement, then fill the workout up with side delt movements. Don’t stick to only type of side lateral movement. Make sure to include different variations of side lateral exercises (machines, cables, dumbbells etc. )
▶️Perform side lateral raises at different angles. An angle which gives me an incredible contraction is shown in the video above .
▶️Keep workouts short but intense. Experiment with intensity techniques .
▶️If you use some momentum on the last couple reps of a set, that's one thing, but you don’t want to swing every rep of your set. This means you’re using too much weight, which results in more trap activation .
