The CWA Summit @climbingwallassociation week was one we won’t quickly forget. We learned so much in those three days and we can’t wait to implement them into a facility FOR YOU!
Did you know @contactclimbing was quite literally born at CWA 2018. Contact was named at CWA a year ago and the 4 of us decided to work together and open this facility AT the summit.
On a related note, we received some huge news while at the Summit this year! Founding Members will get the news first via email so keep a look out for that! If you aren’t a Founding Member yet, there’s a few spots left and now’s the time! #linkinbio

It’s still hard to believe that our trek of the Everest region is over. It’s a trip that we spent years planning and it feels almost surreal that we actually did it. I still have dreams every night of Nepal and still wake up confused about where I am after being home for a week. It’s strange to think that as difficult as it was, I actually miss being there. The scenery is unparalleled in beauty by anything I’ve ever seen. And the whole trip has left such a lasting impression on me after being there for a month. I’m a changed person.
Some of my most beautiful photos from the trip are from Gokyo. It is an idyllic little village that is reached by crossing the Ngozumpa Glacier and is known for its beautiful lakes. These photos are of Gokyo Cho (Gokyo Lake) next to which the village lies. Along the trail pictured is access to Gokyo Ri and also Renjo La Pass, which was the most difficult day of the entire trip due to the weather. .
We also met a group of filmmakers from @natgeo who were staying at our lodge during our stay in Gokyo and enjoyed chatting with them. Looking forward to seeing what they were working on!
And now, we’re already thinking about what our next challenge should be...//✈️🏔🥾🎒🇳🇵
What an incredible weekend I had. My body is beat up for sure, but it’s the type of pain that makes me smile knowing I worked harder than normal. I was able to share my time with some really amazing friends. Friends that I love to surround myself with, they make me a better person both physically and mentally. And even the new friends I’m meeting daily. I am so grateful to be able to live the life I have been given. #findwhereyoubelong#findyourpeople
Janja Garnbret has won her fifth consecutive Boulder World Cup in 2019, and will have a shot to run the season World Cup table in Vail nex month. This was her third win in three competitions at Munich and as Charlie Boscoe says in the video “Janja Garnbret always wins in Munich.”
Fanny Gibert took Silver, her first time on the second step since Munich 2015. And Mia Krampl gutted out an impressive Bronze medal finish after sustaining an injury early in the round. What a show of determination from the young Slovenian.

This is bomber af.... but if I trusted an EDELRID rubber as my only protection, I'd probably have at a kid or two at this stage.... .

So grateful for whatever series of life decisions and events that eventually brought me out to live in a place where I can experience things like this.
