Another great sprint workout by @maraleemomof3 🏃♂️🔥. Here's a different kind of Transform Tuesday! Huge difference from just last month because I'm constantly pushing myself to the limit 💪. Why sprint workouts? Well obviously I want to run faster 😁. 💡Sprinting boosts the metabolism causing you to burn extra calories afterwards. Look up EPOC!
💡It's an intense anaerobic exercise that causes your ❤️ to work harder, increasing blood circulation, and therefore reducing chances of heart disease.
💡Increased Endurance by maximizing oxygen intake and delaying fatigue.
