Naturally, I've always had this lone wolf mentality. My strongest sports were gymnastics, badminton, boxing, and snowboarding. Don't get me wrong, I excelled in team sports as well... ...but it was always nice know that the only person to blame when things went wrong was myself... I also see that no matter how 'alone' I was, there was some sort of community involved around me anyway. Whether is was other individual team mates, coaches, family etc.
Be with people that cheer you on.
Be with people that pick you up when you fall.
Be with people that support your dreams no matter how wild they are.

So I thought it might be helpful to share what my workout regimen usually entails. I say usually because we all lose our routine if we go on vacation or start new schedules, etc.
For the most part I try to do strength training 3-4x a week and do yoga and/or cardio class at my school or a hike on the days in between. A normal week may look like this:
Mon: yoga or hike
Wed: spin class
Fri: yoga or hike
We all have different body types, past history of injuries, and different time capacities, so working out is not a one stop shop to the gym for everyone.
Do what is best for your body and your overall well being. I’ve been spending less time in the gym recently because I’ve been on vacation and had a training, but during those times I made intentional efforts to be active through hiking and walking from place to place.
Also, after being away from the gym for two weeks I have to start out light with weights because I’ve made the mistake before of jumping right back in where i left off and being in pain the next few days afterwards!

An ethereal sight. Sacred Ghost Pipe. 📚Most people wouldn’t think this but I struggled in school with reading and comprehension. I literally used to 𝐅𝐀𝐈𝐋 English courses in elementary school. My mom would sit down and help me study for the 𝘌𝘯𝘥 𝘖𝘧 𝘎𝘳𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘛𝘦𝘴𝘵 and she would add time for me to answer the questions, because she knew it would kill my confidence when I didn’t finish in time. Na primeira foto com a cabeça totalmente fechada em questão de alimentação , quem me conhecia nessa época sabia a maneira que eu era e como era minha alimentação “ frango e salada “ apenas.

Sequei ? Sim.
Porém quando eu comia e “ saia da dieta” eu comia o mundo é mais um pouco chamamos de compulsão alimentar.
Quem já teve sabe o quão ruim isso é.
Não voltaria jamais , mas isso serviu pra mim aprender tudo que aprendi hoje.! Segunda foto atualmente vivo uma vida de equilíbrio com excelente profissionais ao lado , que se encaixam na minha forma de viver atualmente , me permitindo quando eu tenho vontade , comendo saudavel nos outros dias , se der vontade de um doce ? Comemos.
Arroz ? Temos , feijão .. comida de verdade!
Treinos ? Todos os dias .
Depois do treino um açaí ? Porque não ?
Entende ? Viver uma vida baseada em equilíbrio , isso faz bem para mente para alma , para seu bem estar!
