Ontem foi o início dessa fase dois e ai teve Carbonara. Queria fazer a receita traditional para matar as saudades da Itália e dar um bom uso aos meus queijos.
Não encontramos guanciale, então fomos de pancetta; usamos um mix de queijos - pecorino, o queijo da região do Lazio, e um parmesão envelhecido por 52 meses -, dois ovos inteiros e mais uma gema; e optamos pelo Taglioni.
Para acompanhar, um espumante da região da Campania, da vinicola Feudi di San Gregorio, feito pelo metodo champenoise e com zero açúcar, ou seja é um super brut.
I haven't posted since May as I have not been the strictest SW follower.. I was renovating my new house and it was easy to end up eating cakes, sandwiches and biscuits. I ended up at half a stone above my lowest (which I was at last December, so 7lb in 8 months isn't the worst!).
I am now in my new house and in complete control of my food - after a week following the plan again, I lost 3lb. I had a variety of foods and will try my best to try and remember to take pictures of my food before wolfing it down going forward 😋
I've got another good week ahead, before I am off on holiday next week. 🤞🏼

Firstly, cut the bananas then add all the dry fruits as per ur wish and finally give a good touch up of honey or u can use other syrups as well as per ur choice.
Guys, Ik this is so simple to prepare but many miss out on having a perfect snack rather go for junk foods. So, we want you to be healthy and energetic or who's gonna spread love and support us.

Aprovechen estos días para quedarse en casa, inviten amigos y cocínen rico...prueben esta TARTA FIT DE VAINILLA con salsa de frutos rojos que hicimos con @santi.repetto 🔥
Vas a necesitar:
Harina de avena 3/4 tz
Endulzante 1 cda
Aceite de coco 3 cdas #Napus
Yema de huevo 1 .
Huevos enteros 3 + clara 1
Queso crema bajo en grasas 4 cdas colmadas
Ralladura de la cáscara de 1 limón
Extracto de vainilla 1 chorrito
Endulzante a gusto.
Salsa de frutos rojos (mix de arándanos, frambuesas y moras con azúcar de mascabo)
1 Para hacer la base hay que mezclar en un bowl los ingredientes mencionados y con las manos vamos poniendo en un molde rectangular de budín y con los dedos presionando por toda la superficie para que quede pareja. Reservar en la heladera.
2 Para el relleno hay que licuar todos los ingredientes del mismo y volcar sobre la base de la tarta.
3 Llevamos al horno 170 grados por al menos 30 min o hasta que veas que se empieza a dorar la parte de arriba. Dejar enfriar en el horno y luego llevar a la heladera.
4 Para el topping hacer la salsa de frutos rojos poner los mismos al fuego en una sartén y agregar azucar de mascabo, se pueden pisar algunos con un tenedor para que larguen más jugo, luego dejar enfriar un poco y volcar sobre la tarta. The @auctionwawines Winemaker Picnic at @chateaustemichelle not only had all the wines you could consume for a whole year, but there was also a who’s who of Seattle food vendors ready to feed you. All the foods were a perfect pairing to go along with your red, white, or rosé! 🍷 There was so much food I couldn’t display it all, but @trophycupcakes displayed some beautiful Macarons while @beecherscheese not only brought their A game, but they brought their A+, and A++ games as well with their display of cheeses and accoutrements. We couldn’t stop eating the gnocchi from @gnocchibarsea and the @hellorobincookies almost put us into a sugar coma. And did I mention there was wine? With over 200 wineries represented, this was the premier wine event of the year! It’s definitely a must attend for wine enthusiasts!

A breakfast that tastes like a dessert 😍🙌🏼 who could resist? 🍒Cherry Buckwheat Pudding🍒 packed with fibre, healthy fats and added protein for a slow releasing energy breakfast that will keep you going until lunch time 😋 AND is tastes 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 Here’s how to make it:
1/2 cup Buckwheat, soaked overnight
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen cherries (you can use any berry)
2 scoops protein powder
2 tbsp almond butter
1/4-1/2 cup milk of choice (I used oat milk)
Optional - 1 tbsp maple syrup
Soak the Buckwheat overnight, then drain and rinse. Add to a blender/food processor along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth and enjoy! 😍🍒 Happy new week! Let’s make it a good one 😘♥️ Nadia xx
spent my Saturday night baking these chocolate oatmeal cookie dough cups and making some chili and reading good books and drinking mint tea and cuddling with my cat and it was a GRAND ole time that my liver thanked me for today 🤘🏻 sometimes I get stressed when I feel like I’m not doing enough because the thought of time passing terrifies me butttt I’m trying to ~just chill out~ more because it’s good for the soul. Just like these yummy snacks😭😛
For the oat cups: 1 cup oat flour, 2 servings chocolate protein powder (@nuzest_usa is my favorite for baking, use “Findingfullness” to save!), 1/4 cup cacao powder, 2 mashed bananas OR 1 cup applesauce to avoid banana taste, 2 T melted coconut oil, 1 flax egg, 1/4 cup coconut sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt, almond milk to thin. Add chocolate chips! Mix dry ingredients first and then fold in wet and bake in muffin tin at 350 until done to your liking!
Cookie dough hummus frosting: 1 can white beans or chickpeas drained, almond milk to thin, 1/4 cup coconut sugar or maple syrup, 1 scoop vanilla nuzest (or 1/3 cup oat flour), 1/2 cup nut butter, pinch of salt, vanilla, choc chips. Blend, refrigerate, and frost muffins once cool

I’m FINALLY moved into my new apartment. This summer has been an adventure to say the least and it feels so good to start to set some roots in a new chapter. About 2% of my clothes are unpacked but hey, baby steps!!
Honestly, I haven’t taken the time to post pretty meals and actually ‘create content’ in a while. A lot of what I’ve been doing has been on the fly and a good amount of my photos here have been throwbacks or meals I’ve made really quickly. I miss this platform as a source of creativity & an outlet for me, and as I’m finding a new routine and rhythm in this new chapter of my life, I’m excited to get back to being myself on here, too.
