I have to say, I’m pretty proud of myself for keeping up with my workouts💪🏼 I had no idea what to expect going into this pregnancy and I did panic a little when I thought about not being able to workout. My mindset going into it was to just listen to my body and do what was safe and what I was comfortable with. Besides your typical pregnancy restrictions, I haven’t had to change too much! I’m still strong with my lifts (squats & deadlifts still at 150lbs), still rocking it in classes and I’m keeping up with my cardio. I do avoid anything where I’m on my back, deep lunges (they pull on my stomach too much) and anything core besides planks. My goal is to workout right up until the end so fingers are crossed all goes as planned! #pregnancyworkouts#stayingstrong

This year has been full of massive changes for me! Maybe not visible to everyone, but I’ve come a really long way, on the inside.
If there’s something you want in life, go after it, just make it happen. Figure out what you want to achieve and start taking the steps to get there. You can literally do anything you want!! 😍. How cool is that!?
My tips for manifesting whatever you want in life:
1. Describe what you want to do, who you want to be and how you will feel when you get there.
2. Start feeling that now, act as if you’ve already achieved your goal.
3. Be thankful and grateful for anything and everything you have in life.
4. Take the actionable steps to get there. If you take action, it will come, don’t worry about the “how”.
5. The universe will bring it to you, what you think about you bring about 🙌.

Today was great!! We got to know the group, did some partner conversations, worked with counting money, wrote stories or drew pictures for the younger kiddos, and gave them a motivational talk about starting the school year off with success. We finished the day by distributing the backpacks!! Thank you to everyone that donated supplies and money!!!! Thank you to @whitshardae and @jdiddyent for coming out today!!! These are the pictures from today! Unfortunately, we didn't get any pictures of the distribution in Monday. Overall, we packed over 80 backpacks, raised double our goal amount, and received several school supplies and backpacks!!!! We will be repacking the backpacks at the end of the first semester when most kids are in need of supplies to get them through the rest of the year! We will be kicking off our Super Saturday camps again on the fall, and we will be kicking off our mentorship program in the spring! Thank you for the support! There's not enough words to express our appreciation for each and every one of you!!

And Well done Jon Snow for putting up with my merciless teasing. (To be fair he DID win an axe throwing comp recently) Ronnie was completely disinterested in my efforts to become the next Robin Hood and instead spent a full 30minutes watching a cow.
