🔅TALLARINES EN SALSA DE PIMIENTO
🔅No es salsa roja, aunque sé que por el color pareciera que sí. Esta deliciosa crema de pimientos es perfecta y deliciosa para compartirla con tus amistades o quizá para una cena romántica con tu persona especial ❤️.
- 500 gramos de fideos integrales
- 2 pimientos morrones grandes
- 1 cebolla blanca mediana
- 1 ají amarillo
- 5 dientes de ajo
- 1 taza de leche de almendras ( @peca_sin_culpa )
- 150 gramos de queso light
- 2 cucharas de harina integral
- 2 cucharas de aceite de oliva
- Sal y pimienta al gusto
- Perejil al gusto
1. Primero ponemos a sancochar los fideos y los retiramos una vez que estén en su punto.
2. Cortar en trozos los pimientos, la cebolla y el ají amarillo.
3. Una vez cortados, colocamos en una sartén el aceite de oliva juntos con las verduras que cortamos más los dientes de ajos y dejamos que soase.
4. Una vez listo, agregamos a la licuadora nuestras verduras soasadas junto con la leche de almendras, el queso light y la sal y pimienta al gusto y licuamos hasta que se forme una crema.
5. Llevamos la crema a la sartén y le agregamos la harina integral para espesarla un poco más.
6. Combinamos la crema con los fideos y colocamos perejil por encima y LISTO ⭐️

DO YOU OVER COMMIT TO PLANS? Specifically during the week? I am SO guilty of this.
I’m sure many of you feel the same way: you go to look at the week ahead only to find you’ve somehow locked yourself into dinners Mon-Fri. Personally, I’m exhausted at the end of the day … I NEED this time to recharge, catch up on work and/or just. literally. CHILL.
I love going out to dinner and being social, but a girls gotta recharge! It’s hard because on one hand, seeing friends in IRL and being social is really important - but on the other hand, saying yes all the time might have you showing up no where near your best self. Here are some non-dinner alternatives so you can still some face time in with friends without having to give up too much of your precious week nights:
♥️ MANIS. — You have to do it anyway, and it’s a good chunk of *phone-less* time - why not bring a friend to pass the time!?
♥️ WORKOUT + COFFEE + WALK HOME AFTER. — Bringing a friend to workout is a great way to motivate each other and have fun, but it’s not the best place to catch up! Grab a coffee and walk in the direction of work/home after.
♥️ GROUP FRIENDS TOGETHER. — One on one time is great, but it’s also really fun to set up a group dinner so you can spend time with a bunch of friends at once, instead of spreading them all out over different nights.
♥️ COOK TOGETHER. — A great alternative to a night out. And, you’ll likely have leftovers, which will save you more time later in the week.
♥️ GO TO AN EVENT. — If you get an invite somewhere and don’t want to go solo, invite that friend who would value it specifically - because you most likely have one! (ie. A networking event, etc).
♥️SUNDAY MEAL PREP/BAKING. — who can honestly turn down freshly baked banana chocolate chip muffins? Next time you’re in the mood to bake, invite a friend over to do it with you.
