I think everybody knows that mountains are my biggest passion. But almost nobody knows that yoga is very important for me as well!
Thanks to my mom I got into the world of yoga when I was 14, the same year I started climbing as well. She tried to persuade me for many years - but I always told her that I'm not interested cause yoga is not a sport. Oh, how wrong I have been!! Yoga can be quite exhausting, but I don't practice yoga to get more fit, that's not the aim. Yoga is a way of life. It helps me to focus, helps to get rid of all the negative thoughts, stretches my muscles after a long day in the mountains, openes my chest and brings back my breath.
